Allow yourself enough time.  It takes approximately thirty minutes to drop-off or deliver a car properly.

Please remove all personal items from the vehicle.  We will not be held responsible for the loss of any items that are not removed.

Please be advised that if you ask to have work checked or done that is not related to your claim you will be responsible for applicable charges.

Due to the complexity of auto body repairs, i.e. structural, paint, hidden damage, and parts availability, we can only estimate, not guarantee, a delivery date.  We will keep you informed.

With today’s automobiles it is necessary to disconnect your vehicle’s battery to affect repairs.  The result of this will be the loss of your preset radio stations, radio codes and possibly your alarm security code also.

Certain colors may require a trip back to our facility for the final buff out of the clear coat to insure a close to factory finish.

Your vehicle will not be released unless arrangements for full payment including deductible have been made.
